Seven bad habits are very harmful to the brain

The brain is an essential part of the body’s central nervous system, located inside the skull and the main control center of the body. It is very important to keep the brain healthy. And some special care and precautions are necessary to maintain good brain health. If the brain is good and healthy, the body of human beings and all animals is good. Many of us, knowingly or unknowingly, damage this very important and main control center of the body by some action.

Seven bad habits are very harmful to the brain:

  1. Sleep late at night
  2. Forgetting breakfast
  3. Eat extra sweet foods
  4. Get more sleep in the morning
  5. Watching TV or computer while eating
  6. Sleeping after cap, scarf or socks
  7. Deliberately withholding , stopping urination
