Heart problem or Heart Attack

The well-known phrase “heart problem” is often used by people.

Like other countries in the world, the people of Bangladesh also have more heart problems. You will not have a heart attack because it never hurts your chest, you can do a lot of hard work, it is not right, again, the pain on the left side of your chest does not mean that you have a heart problem.

It’s good to know that heart problems aren’t just for older people. Now the disease is also happening among the younger ones. But doctors are blaming irregular living. With some lifestyle changes, the heart will be much healthier.

According to the World Health Organization, stroke is the second leading cause of death in third world countries like India.

Symptoms of heart attack:

• Most of the time a heart attack feels pressure in the chest, which lasts for more than a few minutes. The pain goes away occasionally, coming back again. An uncomfortable pressure and shaking is felt.

• Discomfort is often felt in the arms, back, neck, jaw or even the stomach.

• Breathing becomes short with discomfort in the chest many times.

• Other symptoms include sweating, chills, nausea or mild headache, back or jaw pain.

What changes need to be made in daily life

  • Most diabetics die prematurely of a heart attack. Diabetes and heart disease are inextricably linked. And so the blood sugar level needs to be kept right. It is never good to have extra sugar in the body. The lower the risk of diabetes, the lower the risk of heart attack.
  • Avoid high calorie and fatty foods. Also avoid excess salt. Don’t smoke. Develop a balanced diet.
  • Regularly check blood pressure, sugar, keep in touch with your doctor and be aware of whether you have heart disease. There is no such thing as having symptoms all the time. Walk at least 150 minutes a week or do any exercise. Increase physical exertion. Control the weight. Especially try to reduce belly fat.
  • Need to exercise regularly.
  • Keep weight under control. Regular yoga exercises keep the heart healthy. Must walk regularly for half an hour. Exercise at least 5 days a week.
  • Absolutely quit smoking and drinking.
  • Eat a balanced amount of protein, carbohydrates, and fats in your daily diet. Eat fresh fruits, vegetables. Keep fish that contains omega-3 fatty acids on your daily diet. Reduce eating salt, sweet, red meat.
  • 7/ 8 hours of sleep a day is very important for staying healthy. It is also important to stay away from stress. He also needs regular yoga. A good night’s sleep is good if you are in regular exercise. Blood cells stay healthy.
