- Avoid high calorie and fatty foods. Also avoid excess salt. Don’t smoke. Develop a balanced diet.
- Regularly check blood pressure, sugar, keep in touch with your doctor and be aware of whether you have heart disease. There is no such thing as having symptoms all the time. Walk at least 150 minutes a week or do any exercise. Increase physical exertion. Control the weight. Especially try to reduce belly fat.
- Need to exercise regularly.
- Keep weight under control. Regular yoga exercises keep the heart healthy. Must walk regularly for half an hour. Exercise at least 5 days a week.
- Absolutely quit smoking and drinking.
- Eat a balanced amount of protein, carbohydrates, and fats in your daily diet. Eat fresh fruits, vegetables. Keep fish that contains omega-3 fatty acids on your daily diet. Reduce eating salt, sweet, red meat.
- 7/ 8 hours of sleep a day is very important for staying healthy. It is also important to stay away from stress. He also needs regular yoga. A good night’s sleep is good if you are in regular exercise. Blood cells stay healthy.
