The third issue of International Health Help magazine has been changed into Bangladesh Health Help magazine but the quality remain same or even better than past 2 issues.  This issue is dedicated to the fighters who lost their lives for and those who are still fighting against deadly Neuro diseases. We have included various aspects of its treatment and preventive sides in this issue. Our efforts are to give the readers an in-depth idea about some Neuro diseases so that they can remain cautious about it and share experiences of others including renowned physicians to let everybody aware of what is happening around the world suffering from Neuro diseases. Researches on these diseases are continuing worldwide by scientists, particularly in developed countries, who are trying to find out newer methods of treatment including surgery to check and reduce its onslaught and are also trying to find out curative sides of these diseases. We have included few new segments- Special Feature and Feature in our current issue which will surely help our readers to lead a healthy life. If our efforts are of any use to the readers, we shall feel rewarded. Like in the past, we want to apologize for any lapse in the current edition of the magazine and seek advice from the readers for its further improvement, both in terms of quality and content.
